Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
We conduct 100% food-grade compliance verification for all raw materials, including PP and Tritan plastic pellets and high-grade stainless steel. Every material batch must pass chemical analysis testing before being accepted into our warehouse.

Real-time strict quality checks run throughout injection molding and vacuum production workflows. Our in-line tests include leak-proof performance checks, structural alignment inspection, and automated high-pressure durability testing.

Final Quality Control (FQC)
All finished products follow the AQL 2.5 inspection standard. We perform full assessments covering appearance consistency, functional validation, plus packaging drop tests before final packing and delivery.
